Coping for now
When it feels like we and the people around us are doing ok, it can be a good time to strengthen our feelings of hopefulness, connection, resilience and wellbeing. Think of it as like putting on your "emotional seatbelt".
At this time we may feel like we are:
- remaining hopeful despite challenges
- concerned about what the future might hold
- willing and able to seek out help for us or others
- doing things that help us feel better.
