Councils are well placed to support preventive health policy and action through the provision of a range of services, infrastructure and facilities which support community wellbeing.

  • Wellbeing Hubs and regional partnerships

    Preventive Health SA is partnering with South Australian councils to co-invest in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local Wellbeing Hubs, supporting community physical, mental and social wellbeing.

  • Resources

    Preventive Health SA, in partnership with the Local Government Association of South Australia, has developed a set of resource guides to support local councils in improving community health and wellbeing outcomes for their communities.
