Not doing so good

Circumstances can get tough sometimes and it's fair that we might struggle. Now is a good time to reach out for some extra help.

Sometimes when we're feeling like this, it can be hard to find the motivation to act. If this sounds like you, or a person you want to help, consider how family, friends or others could support with making or attending appointments, finding services, or taking that first step.

At this time we may feel like we are:

  • finding it hard to seek out help
  • beginning to doubt the effectiveness of services and supports
  • increasingly worried
  • unsure of hope for recovery
  • not sure we have what it takes to keep on top of challenges
  • not sleeping as well, or maintaining self-care.
